NEW YORK, Jan. 9 -- New York Attorney General Letitia James issued the following statement on Jan. 8 regarding the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit denied the Trump administration's efforts to immediately reverse a nationwide preliminary injunction on the president's Public Charge Rule:
