BERNALILLO COUNTY, New Mexico, Jan. 7 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release:
Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has appointed James M. Collie as the new commissioner in District 3.
Collie currently serves as a member of the Bernalillo County Planning Commission and is a retired pastor and administrator in the Presbyterian Church. Collie is a 20-year resident of Albuquerque. Prior to coming to New Mexico, Mr. Collie was the pastor of the Presbyterian Church . . .
