ALBANY, New York, Jan. 6 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced the 22nd proposal of his 2020 State of the State agenda - preserving 4,000 acres of open space in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
