VILLAGE OF OAK CREEK, Arizona, Dec. 31 -- Rep. Tom O'Halleran, D-Arizona, issued the following statement on the announcement of Rep. John Lewis, D-Georgia, being diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer:
