HOWARD, Pennsylvania, Dec. 23 -- Rep. Glenn Thompson, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement:
Representative Glenn 'GT' Thompson announced Mr. Peter Van Cise of Julian, Pennsylvania has accepted a fully-qualified appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy.
Peter Van Cise is a senior at Bald Eagle Area High School, and he is the son of Ann Van Cise and Dana Van Cise, an Air Force veteran. He is the youngest of seven children.
