SACRAMENTO, California, Dec. 21 -- The Health Access California issued the following news release, dated Dec. 18:
A federal appeals court ruled in Texas v. U.S. that the ACA's individual mandate is unconstitutional, but remanded back to Judge Reed O'Conner the question of whether to strike the entirety of the Affordable Care (ACA), as advocated by President Trump's Department of Justice. California Attorney General Xavier Becerra was granted standing to continue to lead the appeal. . . .
