SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas, Dec. 21 -- The U.S. Air Force (82nd Training Wing) issued the following news:
Sheppard AFB's two wing commander are among a list of 35 colonels in the Air Force nominated for promotion to O-7 released Dec. 20, 2019.
President Donald J. Trump has nominated Col. Kenyon K. Bell, 82nd Training Wing commander, and Col. Russell D. Driggers, 80th Flying Training Wing commander, for appointment to brigadier general.
