Rep. Hayes Issues Statement on Eliminating SALT Cap

WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- Rep. Jahana Hayes, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement after the House passed legislation eliminating the cap on state and local tax deduction for 2020 and 2021. The bill also doubles the cap for 2019 for couples filing jointly:
