DALLAS, Texas, Dec. 21 -- Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

Rep. Johnson honored Bryan Adams High School Freshman, Kaveion Morris, during her annual district holiday party for his heroic act of saving a girl from drowning earlier this month.

"This young man deserves recognition for his bravery and courage," said Congresswoman Johnson.

"His immediate and decisive actions resulted in saving a life!"
