WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after key elements of the Lower Costs, More Cures Act (H.R. 19) were introduced in the Senate:
