AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 20 -- Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association issued the following statement by President Ed Longanecker after members of the House voted to approve a revised U.S., Mexico, and Canada Agreement, which will replace the former North American Free Trade Agreement:
