WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) John Cornyn (Texas) sent a letter to U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to urge the State Department to do everything it can to ensure the safe homecoming of the six CITGO employees currently being detained in Venezuela.
They wrote:
"As the administration continues to successfully craft policy and solutions, we write to express our steadfast . . .
