AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 20 -- The Texas Water Development Board issued the following news release:
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of a $52 million loan from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to the City of Laredo (Webb County).
The City will use the assistance to finance construction of a wastewater treatment plant.
