WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after voting against the articles of impeachment against President Trump:
"Today, is a sad day in American history. Since Donald Trump was elected in 2016, Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats have been on a crusade to stop him by any means necessary.
