WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeal's decision that upholds a previous district court decision that struck down part of the Affordable Care Act:
The 5th Circuit sent the case back down to a lower court to decide the constitutionality of the law. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) remains law while the lower court reaches a decision.
