DENVER, Colorado, Dec. 20 -- The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies' Division of Insurance issued the following statement by Commissioner Michael Conway on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on the Affordable Care Act case Texas vs. U.S.:
