NEW YORK, Dec. 20 -- JDRF, a charitable 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to funding type 1 diabetes research, issued the following statement by Chief Mission Officer Cynthia Rice regarding the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals decision on the Affordable Care Act:
