WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Bill Flores, R-Texas, issued the following statement after House passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act (H.R. 5430):
"Today's vote to approve the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) is a big win for America's farmers, ranchers, workers, manufacturers and businesses.
