On July 9th of this year, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals held oral arguments in a lawsuit, Texas v. United States, aimed at dismantling the Affordable Care Act (ACA) by challenging the individual mandate provision of the ACA. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the ACA's individual mandate unconstitutional and remanded the case back to a federal court in Texas to determine which parts of the law should be elimin . . .
