WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, issued the following statement after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals released its ruling on the Affordable Care Act:
"The Fifth Circuit finally ruled what we all knew: The individual mandate is unconstitutional. Now it will be up to the district court to find what parts of the law survive.
