NEW YORK, Dec. 19 -- Bend the Arc Jewish Action issued the following statement by CEO Stosh Cotler on the House's passage of a funding bill for the Homeland Security Department that continues to fund President Trump's immoral border wall and mass immigrant detention:
"We are deeply disappointed that Congress failed to use its 'power of the purse' to restrict President Trump's transfer authority by passing a DHS budget that will allow him to continue moving money around to fund . . .
