WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Lloyd Doggett, D-Texas, issued the following op-ed on why he was voting to impeach President Trump, which was provided to the San San Antonio Express News:
Today, the U.S. House of Representatives will impeach President Donald Trump. Allegiance to our Constitution, not one party, not one person, mandates impeachment. No one, not even the president, is above the law.
