WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- The AFSCME (American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees - AFL-CIO) issued the following statement by President Lee Saunders on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals issued its decision in Texas vs. Azar:
"President Trump and his political allies will continue their efforts to take away health care from millions of people.
"We cannot afford to revert to past injustices of lifetime caps and discrimination that especially harm . . .
