QUEENS, New York, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Gregory W. Meeks, D-New York, a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs and Financial Services Committee, two of the six investigatory committees into President Trump, issued the following ahead of the historic votes on articles of impeachment against President Trump:
