WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement on the Texas vs. Azar court case:
"Congress eliminated the individual mandate penalty, and the court has finished the job by ruling the individual mandate itself is unconstitutional.
