LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Dec. 19 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
Governor Asa Hutchinson announced his intention to appoint Jim Hinkle of Conway to the Arkansas State Police Commission. Hinkle will replace Bob Burns. His term will begin on January 15, 2020, and expire on January 14, 2027.
