SEATTLE, Washington, Dec. 19 -- Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson issued the following statement regarding a ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit on the Affordable Care Act:
"We will keep fighting in the courts to protect Washingtonians' access to affordable health care."
