Reps. Walden, Foxx Issue Statement on Affordable Care Act Court Ruling

WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following joint statement with Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-North Carolina, ranking Republican member of the House Education and Labor Committee, after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate is unconstitutional:
