DENVER, Colorado, Dec. 19 -- Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser issued the following statement on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on the Affordable Care Act case Texas vs. U.S.:
"The good news from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is that the key portions of the Affordable Care Act remain the law of the land.
"Even though the Court found the individual mandate to be unconstitutional, it did not strike down the entire law, instead sending the case . . .
