ARLINGTON, Virginia, Dec. 19 -- NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association issued the following statement by CEO Shirley Bloomfield regarding the letter led by Reps. Peter Welch, D-Vermont, and Tim Walberg, R-Michigan, with broad bipartisan support from many of their House colleagues to the Federal Communications Commission regarding the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund proceeding:
