AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 19 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Abbott has reappointed Steven R. "Steve" Lucas and Charles "Caleb" Spurlock, D.D.D. and appointed James M. Scott for terms set to expire on July 28, 2025 to the Lower Neches Valley Authority Board of Directors. The Lower Neches Valley Authority has a duty to conserve, control and utilize the waters of the Neches River and its tributaries including storm and flood wate . . .
