WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wisconsin, issued the following news release:
Congressmen Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI) and Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) introduced legislation that would help disable veterans regain their independence.
