WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement regarding his decision to support enactment of the Fiscal 2020 National Defense Authorization Act:
"Congress has an obligation to ensure that our military has the resources necessary to respond to any threat to American security. I am pleased that the NDAA builds on the progress we've made in recent years to achieve this goal.
