WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, issued the following statement after the House approved the Consolidated Appropriations Act for 2020 (H.R. 1158) and Further Consolidated Appropriations Act for 2020 (H.R. 1865):
"Passage of the Fiscal Year 2020 Appropriations packages was a disappointing display of what has become business as usual in Washington, D.C. Two pieces of legislation, appropriating nearly $1.4 trillion, were introduced and voted on in less than twe . . .
