WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Rep. Pete Olson, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
The U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 2548, the Hazard Eligibility and Local Projects (HELP) Act, legislation Congressman Olson (TX-22) introduced in May together with Rep. Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07). The bill passed with bipartisan support in a vote of 409 to 7.
