WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, ranking Republican member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, issued the following statement after the House passed three bipartisan veterans' bills:
"I am pleased to see that, before leaving for the holiday district work period, the House continued our efforts to support and serve our nation's veterans well by passing bipartisan legislation that would ensure that the care provided to them from the Department of Veterans . . .
