WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on reports that the Trump administration is planning to retire Ambassador Bill Taylor from his role as the diplomat at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv:
