ALBANY, New York, Dec. 17 -- Albany Medical Center, an academic health sciences center, issued the following news release:
The 36th annual Dancing in the Woods, the region's premier holiday gala, raised a record $526,254 for the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children's Hospital at Albany Med. It topped last year's record of $518,045.
The gala was held on Dec. 6 in space in Latham generously donated by the Lia . . .
