WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following joint statement with Rep. Robert E. Latta, R-Ohio, on House passage of bills to improve broadband mapping:
