HONOLULU, Hawaii, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Ed Case, D-Hawaii, issued the following statement on his pending vote on the articles of impeachment against President Trump:
"Later this week I will vote in the full U.S. House of Representatives to impeach President Trump for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
"The articles of impeachment now before the House charge that President Trump 'abused the powers of the Presidency by ignoring and injuring national security . . .
