INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Dec. 16 -- The Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice issued the following news release:
EdChoice, a national nonprofit organization that promotes state-based educational choice programs, announced Indiana businessman Fred Klipsch as Chair of its Board of Directors.
