PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Dec. 17 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Rhode Island issued the following news release, dated Dec. 13:
For the third time in as many years, cooperating attorneys for the ACLU of Rhode Island have filed a class-action lawsuit related to the state's troubled UHIP computer system.
