WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, a member of the House Rules Committee, issued the following statement on the House Judiciary Committee's vote on the articles of impeachment against President Trump:
"I agree with the words of Rep. Will Hurd, who said, 'An impeachable offense should be compelling, overwhelmingly clear, and unambiguous.
