WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks at the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology hearing on oversight of the Federal Communications Commission:
