WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, issued the following statement after the Trump administration announced its plan on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistant Program:
"This administration has proven time and time again that they will say they are for working families and seniors while simultaneously trying to undermine programs they rely on to get by.
"Now they've stooped so low that they're trying to kick hundreds of thousands of folks . . .
