WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Ways and Means Committee, issued the following statement after the Agriculture Department issued a final rule that strengthens work requirements in the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program for able-bodied adults without dependents:
