WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. French Hill, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
This month, the Arkansas Catholic Newspaper published a letter to the editor by Congressman French Hill (AR-02) highlighting the importance of passing the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, legislation that requires health care practitioners who are present at a live birth to exercise skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life and health of the child.
