WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. David Schweikert, R-Arizona, has issued the following news release:

Today, Congressman Schweikert (AZ-06) recognized the 2019 Congressional App Challenge winners for Arizona's 6th Congressional District.

The Congressional App Challenge winners are BASIS Scottsdale students Bianca Hanley, Zakary Hori, Jeffrey Liang and Ben Plate. The group developed ThoughtCache, an app where users can store and retrieve thoughts.
