WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, issued the following statement on House Judiciary Committee's second phase of impeachment inquiry against President Trump:
"Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats have accomplished nothing with their majority except a new level of political dysfunction in Congress and a dangerous, new precedent of weaponizing impeachment.
