ALBANY, New York, Dec. 3 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:
In October, the Office of the State Comptroller approved 1,677 contracts for state agencies and public authorities valued at $4.8 billion and approved more than 2.2 million payments worth more than $10 billion.
